Al Andalus II, in which this property is located, is a fantastic complex to live or own a property in.  Properties rarely come onto the market and are very in demand, in this fast moving property sales market. The complex is always very well maintained, and boasts one of Orihuela Costa's nicest pool complexes, and there is a life guard on duty throughout the months of July and August.  There is also a full size tennis court located next to the pool, both are of sole use to residents and home owners of this complex.  Community fees in this complex are very low, around €280 per year and the Residents Committee are a very pro-active group of residents and regularly keep owners up to date on information regarding the community, most notably through their Facebook page.

La Florida's tree lined commercial centre is less a 2 minute walk from the property, where you will find all kinds of bars and restaurants such as the Abbey Tavern, Waldermar's and Waldermar's International Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, Costa Rock Cafe, L & A Familia Restaurant, Arianaz Bar, Emerald Isle, Mumbai Blue Indian Restaurant (all of these venues offer regular entertainment), shops such as hardware store, hairdresser, Chinese bazaar, and a late night opening convenience store.

There are several other commercial centres including Via Park III, Citrus Centre, La Mosca Centre, Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre with bars, restaurants and entertainment and are all within walking distance, too! 

There is also a local taxi rank and bus route that operate in the centre of La Florida. 

The beautiful blue flag beaches of Orihuela Costa are between a 6 to 12 minute drive (offering several different style beaches).  Four championship golf courses are between a 7 and 15 minute drive. The beautiful canel which runs through the nearby Los Dolses, is both a lovely cycle and walking path.

Zenia Boulevard, with more than 160 stores and food hall is a mere 5 minute drive, whilst Playa Flamenca's famous Saturday Market is between a 15-20 minute walk. Torrevieja Hospital is less than a 10 minute drive and both Alicante and Murcia International Airports are a 45 minute drive.

This property offers a lot, located in a great neighbourhood with so much on your door step and more amenities are within short walking distances.  The community are of mixed nationalities who celebrate many events of community activities together.  So, our advice is not to miss this opportunity to view this property, and if you are not currently in Spain and don't want to miss out, online reservations and online property purchase options are also available.
