Our focus is to help buyers find the best properties in the location most suitable for them and for the best price. At Tropical Homes Spain we are able to offer balanced and impartial advice about a variety of locations across an entire region. We do this by using our intimate local knowledge to pinpoint the most likely options for each individual’s requirements. We pride ourselves by achieving this for you. We are also realistic and will always expose problem properties as we work for you the Buyer and your best interests!
How Does Our Property Finding Service Work?
Finding your ideal home in Spain can be hard work and very time consuming with hours spent on a computer searching for that “dream property”. This is where our property finding service takes charge of the situation. It makes the process less stressful and hassle free for you, leaving you to relax by allowing us to do all the hard work on your behalf. In doing so, we will also help you save time, money and lots of frustration.
We see every aspect of every property search and purchase from the “Buyer’s” perspective. Therefore, you can be confident we will alert you to any negative aspects related to the property or its surroundings. Basically, it is as if we are looking for a home for ourselves.
We will always give balanced and impartial advice about all aspects of your property purchase. We want to make sure you have been provided with all things you should know to allow you to make an informed decision before entering into that big commitment of buying a property.
We do not use the “hard sell/must buy” option. Finally, our experience and vast knowledge counts.
When we find you that dream home we can negotiate offers on your behalf with the seller/estate agents. We can also arrange your property inspection trip when you come to Orihuela Costa.
How to Get Started:
It’s really important we get a detailed brief from you. We recommend to first consider what you would like to do on a daily base once you are living here in Spain, what lifestyle would you like to live?
Would you like to live in a residential area close to amenities, near the beach or preferably a bit further away, perhaps on a golf course where you have plenty of green areas. What is the right type of property for your need! Would an apartment be the right choice for you and if so would you prefer ground or upper floor? Perhaps a townhouse or quad house with communal swimming pool or maybe the detached villa with private pool is just right for you? Budget and location of course will decide some of these factors for you.
We can reply to you either by way of a telephone call (using WhatsApp also), a video conference call or by email whichever is your preference.
Regardless of whether we meet you first in person or correspond by phone/or by email, we will not commence the search process until we are 100% confident we understand the criteria that matters most to you.
Every search is unique as no two briefs are the identical. But our aim is always the same, to only introduce those properties that match the requirements in every respect.

How We Source Property:
In the areas you have chosen as your ideal location we may contact "collaborating" estate agents who we know and trust. We can also do targeted mailings to find potential sellers in specific developments which match your criteria.
Viewing a Property:
Where a property is for sale through a collaborating agent, we will make arrangements with that agent for you to have a viewing of the property and where we will accompany you for the viewing.
Where a property is for sale direct from owner, we will make arrangements with the owner for you to have a viewing of the property where we will accompany you for the viewing.
We will then act on your behalf with either, the collaborating agent or directly with the seller, to negotiate the best price for the sale of the property, keeping your best interests in mind during this process.
Is There a Fee Involved for the Buyer?
If we find a property for you that we have sourced through a collaborating estate agent, we will negotiate our fee with this agent as part of the commission fee they charge from the Seller.
If we find a property for you that we have sourced through a private seller we will negotiate our fee with the Seller directly.
