The views from the solarium are phenomenal offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Mar Menor and of the surrounding area. The solarium receives the sun all day, so from early morning until late into the evening. It is a great place to sit and relax and lap up the sun especially during the cooler months of the year!

The good thing about this property offering dual aspect orientation is that you have have the sun in one section of the property in the morning and in the other section in the afternoon until the evening time. You can follow the sun throughout the day or the shade especially during the hot summer months!

The landscaped areas throughout the complex are beautiful too. There is a communal parking space located to the front of the apartment block and there are 4 pedestrian and vehicle access points. Two lead to Calle Aries in La Florida and 2 lead to Calle Victoria in Playa Flamenca.

The ever popular bars, restaurants, shops of La Florida are just a 2 minute walk away. There are several commercial centres throughout Playa Flamenca that are within 5 to 8 minutes walk away also you there is an abundance of choice to choose from.

The Saturday Market is a 12-15 minute walk, Zenia Boulevard is less than a 5 minute drive. The nearest beaches at Playa Flamenca are 20/25 minute walk or a 6 minute drive. There is also a local bus service that runs past the complex and a taxi rank 2 minutes walk in La Florida.

There are several supermarkets within a 5 minute drive including Lidl, Carrefour, European Supermarket, SuperCor, Consum, Mercadona and Al Campo.

The nearest golf courses are between a 7-15 minute drive including Villamartin Golf Course, Las Ramblas Golf Course, Real Golf Club de Campoamor and the exclusive Las Colinas Golf & Country Club.

Playa Flamenca's beaches are the closet however, the beaches of Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are all less than a 10 minute drive.
